Your Avon brochure is your shop window. Avon products are only sold by YOU the Representative. My Avon Representative Story
I became an Avon lady because I moved home and town. I knew no-body and I had a part time job working in an office by myself. At the time I had 2 kids Ashleigh aged 12 and Libby aged 5. The ladies and moms at the school gates didn't really talk to me much and after a couple of months I was getting pretty lonely. My hubby was great but didn't really understand how lonely it was not having a friend to talk to about simple girly things, or meeting for a coffee and a natter at the local coffee shop. So, i thought I would do something about it, I simply "Found Avon" by looking through a local paper and seen an advert that read "Join Avon - Meet new people" I called, I joined and the rest is history. Now, here I am today to let you know that becoming an Avon representative has been the best decision I ever made. I quit my part time job after 5 short months and have been selling Avon since 2002 and have never looked back. I also took up the opportunity of Avon Sales Leadership and I began recruiting my own team of Avon representatives. I have recruited over 2500 women that were in similar situations to me and in need of a few pennies to make ends meet.
What will happen when I apply as an Avon Representative?
We will call and have a simple chat about what becoming an Avon rep requires from you. Its very informal. We will then arrange a date and time that suits you and pop over to see you in the comfort of your own home.
We will bring Avon books for you to use straight away. Showing you how to fill out the simple customer order forms and more importantly showing you how to earn money with Avon. There is no cash out lay with Avon and anyone can "give it a go". You will get paid every 3 weeks as the Avon book has a 3 week period for you to get as many orders in as possible. You will simply deliver your Avon brochures and collect orders as often as you like (no set hours).
Your Avon orders can come from anyone, any were any time!...Friends, family, neighbors, business's, schools, care homes, hairdressers... you name them and you can serve them!...You will be given set dates to gather your Avon customers orders in by and a set date to place the order. Your delivery date is also set on a 3 weekly turn around.
Once the order is submitted you will receive the products (without paying for them).The products get delivered to YOUR choice of destination (normally your home address) and can be left in a safe location of your choice. You will then have the next 3 weeks to deliver your customers order and collect in your cash from them. In the boxes of products you will have an invoice. You simply take the invoice (with giro slip attached) and pay your bill at the post office. OR you can pay online when you place your 2nd order. The CASH that is left over is YOURS....CONGRATULATIONS....you will have successfully placed your 1st order with Avon & you will be set with a 2nd lot of FREE books to go and repeat what you just did!
Typical earnings on some simple Avon sales:
£100.00 total value order will earn you 20% commission roughly £20.00 earnings will be achieved
£200.00 total value order will earn you the higher commission level of 25% so your commission will roughly be £50.00 in earnings
£300.00 total value order will earn you roughly £75.00 in earnings
£400.00 total value order will earn you roughly £100.00 in earnings
Roughly = You must remember that you will possibly be purchasing Avon products yourself and need to deduct that from your earnings (or at least remember to put your money into your Avon purse for your products) Also take into account your brochure costs and bags etc ( a very minimal charge for these) And if it is your 1st campaign with Avon remember your Administration fee will be taken off what you earn on your 1st and 2nd orders only.
