As a Sales leader on our team you are recruited as an AVON representative & given basic training 1st. Then we will train you on building your own team of reps. Your S L buinsess growth is based on meeting & recruit people that want to earn extra money with AVON. We help you to recruit AVON ladies/men at their home (usual practice) or in a public meeting place, such as a cafe etc..This takes as little as 30-45 minutes of yours and their time. You will have all the materials you need to get each individual representative started from the person that recruited you (your upliner). Your upliner will guide & train you with recruiting until you are comfortable doing the appointments yourself. You teach new representatives on your team all you know as a representative & you will then help them with the Avon process. You will earn a life long commission from all your teams orders. Your Business Pack costs £25.00 & this will come of what you earn & is NOT a cash outlay. Sales leadership pays you 18 times a year.
