If you are lucky enough to be one of our Top 50 Representatives with the highest Award Sales, you’re in for the trip of a lifetime! We take this exclusive group on a luxury holiday to a fabulous destination. Recent destinations have included Morocco, Portugal and a cruise around the Mediterranean. TOP 50 HOLIDAY INCENTIVE RULES

• This incentive runs from Campaign 1 2011 to Campaign 18 2011.
• All UK Independent Avon Representatives, excluding those Representatives who are also Avon employees, temporary workers, agency staff or contractors, are eligible to participate in this incentive. New Representatives must be appointed by the end of Campaign 5 2011 to be eligible. If you do not meet the criteria specified then your participation will not be deemed valid.
• The top 50 performing Representatives based on award sales will be invited on the Top 50 Holiday (“the holiday”).
• In order to be eligible to go on the holiday successful Representatives must still be Avon Representatives and their accounts must not be overdue at the time of being awarded the holiday.
• A President’s Club Representative must be actively engaged as a Representative at the time the holiday takes place.
• All Award Sales* from Campaigns 1-18 2011 inclusive will count towards the Top 50 Holiday Incentive 2011.
• Results will be communicated campaignly via the Representative website up until Campaign 16 2011.
• The cost of any goods ordered that are not available will not be added to Award Sales. Where product supply levels deteriorate substantially Avon may, at its absolute discretion, consider waiving this rule as a gesture of goodwill.
• Bulk orders of more than 500 units of any single product in one campaign and orders which are not supplied to physical persons, may, in Avon’s absolute discretion, be excluded from this incentive.
• All returned products will be credited to your Avon account and deducted from your Award Sales total in the campaign of claim. The value of products returned by Representatives at any time after the end of 2011 may be reviewed by Avon and Avon expressly reserves the right to deduct the value of such products from Award Sales for the Top 50 Holiday Incentive 2011 if Avon, in its absolute discretion, determines that there has been any malpractice or manipulation of results.
• The Representative account details held by Avon are final and will be used to measure the results.
• The holiday will take place early in 2012, details to be confirmed by Avon at a later date.
• In cases where a qualifying Representative is unable to attend the holiday there is no alternative to the holiday offered. No cash alternative will be provided. The holiday is non-transferable.
• Avon expressly reserves the right to alter the incentive in any way, and at any time, should the need arise, including cancelling or withdrawing the incentive altogether and/or changing the holiday destination and/or venue.
• Avon reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to review a Representative’s accounts and to disqualify a Representative if it determines that the Representative’s account is being operated in an unsatisfactory manner at the time of qualifying, and/or to disqualify a Representative from this incentive for any behaviour it deems inappropriate.
• Avon reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to disqualify Representatives, withhold or cancel the holiday in the event that Avon deems, in its absolute discretion, there to have been malpractice, or manipulation of results in order to achieve the incentive levels throughout the incentive period.
• Should there be a tie for 50th place Avon reserves the right to increase the number of participants to 51.
• Successful Representatives will be required to participate in any subsequent publicity as deemed appropriate by Avon.
• All participation instructions form part of these terms and conditions. By taking part in this incentive, participants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. Non-compliance may render participation ineligible.
• Avon Representatives are required to uphold the Avon Values at all times, including in relation to this incentive and the holiday received by successful Representatives.
• Avon’s decision is final, no correspondence will be entered into.

• Award Sales means the value of all products that have been supplied by Avon to the Avon Representative including brochures, samples and sales aids, discount and VAT.

You can build your number of Star Points by continuing to grow your award sales. Star Points are an ideal target to hit as you work to achieve the next level of President’s Club.

Elite Society If you were a President’s Club member in 2009 and you increase your sales in C1-C18 2010, you can boost your points total.

For every £100 increase over prior year you will receive 120 Star Points. Early Achievement Bonuses The earlier in the year you achieve your target, the more bonus Star Points you will be awarded.

By end of Campaign 5 = 1,000 Star Points By end of Campaign 9 = 750 Star Points By end of Campaign 13 = 500 Star Points Year End Bonuses Once you reach Gold level you can achieve further bonus Star Points on reaching year end sales targets.
