Brian joined my Avon business 6 years ago and as a man in a woman’s world Brian has become the Back bone of the business.

Recruiting 10 -15 people a week and keeping it going behind the scenes is the basic concept of the business.

We recruit, train, coach develop, incentive, motivate, and help build business’s for anyone that has personal commitment to build their own future with Avon.

Brian and I have developed Training Programmes for both the Representative joining our team and the Sales Leader.  Step by Step guides on different aspects of the business and the 6 Business Building Blocks have been our strength behind developing someone that comes into the business with minimal and even NO knowledge in the industry at all.

Avon New Pay Structure

The Avon Earnings opportunity is pretty awesome.  I have been an Independent Sales Leader with Avon since it pilot 8 years ago.  The Avon Income has changed several times over the 8 years and in my personal opinion this change has to be the BEST of all of them.  This is giving the New comer to sales leadership a BIGGER commissionand those of us that are already seeing the fruits of our labour in the business have decreased in commission slightly.  I for one am happy with this reduction as I m in this business to help others and show them just how easy this business is.  So by a drop of around £200 per campaign is very little to me for my team are now benefiting from that small loss to me in thier bonuses and commissions from Avon UK

Following feedback from Sales Leaders, Area Sales Managers, and other Avon Markets the Sales Leader Commission Structure and Bonus Programme has been reviewed to support Avon’s continued

development of Sales Leadership within the UK.
