Avon, the company for women, has told West Ham Vice-Chairman, Karren Brady, “you’re hired.” Renowned for her success as a woman in a man’s world during her time as Managing Director of Birmingham City Football Club, the successful businesswoman – and Lord Sugar’s new right hand woman on The Apprentice – has been signed up by the beauty giant to inspire its dynamic force of independent Avon Representatives. The partnership will see mum-of-two Karren take on a mentoring role, drawing on her energy, dynamism and wealth of experience to motivate and mentor Avon Representatives, whilst also sharing business insights and practical advice in order to help the self-employed direct sellers drive and grow their own businesses.
