This woman is a true business dynamo: dynamic, tough, very funny and straight-talking. She’s a real role model for so many of us who aren’t sure of ourselves (me), and don’t always feel confident enough to push ourselves forward (me again).

As if Karren’s not busy enough on BBC’s The Apprentice, running West Ham and fielding speculation about Avram Grant, she’s getting stuck in with Avon Representatives and Avon  Sales Leaders with motivational and superpractical business advice.
