The online phenomenon has gripped Karrens attention and being part of the mentoring of the women in and amongst the Global Giant Avon Cosmetics she has opened up the forum in this private discussion.

Karren Brady to mentor Avon ladies
Karren Brady has joined Avon to mentor their female sales representatives.
The Apprentice star and vice-chairperson of West Ham United FC has taken on the role in order to motivate the self-employed women.
She told Sky News: “One of the key messages for all women is that you don’t have to have an ambition to run a global bank and you don’t have to be at home just running a family.
“There is a combination between the two things, there are other opportunities out there to find that combination.”
Avon’s UK president Anna Segatti said: “As an extremely successful businesswoman and mother, Karren is an inspirational figure for women and a fantastic ambassador for the financial empowerment that Avon offers them.”
