• This incentive runs from Campaign 1 2011 to Campaign 18 2011 inclusive.
• All Independent Avon Representatives are eligible to participate in this incentive.  If you do not meet the criteria specified then your participation will not be deemed valid.
• To achieve President’s Club membership status Representatives must achieve Award Sales* during Campaigns 1 – 18 2011 as follows:
  • Bronze membership, Representatives must achieve £6,500 Award Sales, less returns;
  • Silver membership, Representatives must achieve £15,500 Award Sales, less returns;
  • Gold membership, Representatives must achieve £33,500 Award Sales, less returns.
• The Representative account details held by Avon are final and will be used to measure the results.
• President’s Club status achieved in 2011 will carry the associated benefits into the following year. i.e. up to the end of Campaign 18 2012.
• The qualification campaign is determined by ‘on schedule’ orders only.  The Award Sales of ‘off schedule’, additional, or held orders that are later released will be counted in the campaign in which they are processed, and not the brochure campaign. 
• The cost of any goods ordered that are not available will not be added to your Award Sales.  Where product supply levels deteriorate substantially Avon may, at its absolute discretion, consider waiving this condition as a gesture of goodwill.
• Bulk orders of more than 500 units of any single product in one campaign and orders which are not supplied to physical persons may, in Avon’s absolute discretion, be excluded from this programme.
• All returned products will be credited to your Avon account and deducted from your Award Sales total in the campaign of claim.
• For every £100 increase of Award Sales over prior year Award Sales you will earn 120 Star Points and become an Elite Society Member provided you meet the eligibility criteria set out in clause 13 below.
• To be eligible for Elite Society Membership, Representatives must have achieved the previous year’s entry level to the President’s Club of at least £6,500 from Campaigns 1-18 2010 inclusive and have achieved £6,500 Award Sales from Campaigns 1-18 2011 inclusive.
• Representatives who join part way through the year will, in their first year of appointment, have 18 Campaigns from the date of appointment in which to achieve the entry level of £6,500.  If the entry level is achieved by the end of Campaign 18 2011, membership at the relevant level will apply.  However, if entry level is reached after Campaign 18 but before the anniversary of their joining they will be entitled to Associate membership, for example a Representative appointed in Campaign 5 2011 who achieves Award Sales of £6,500 by Campaign 4 2012 will qualify for 2011 Associate membership.  The benefits of 2011 Associate membership include the discounted brochures, exclusive offers, dedicated President’s Club service line and website.  These benefits will continue until the end of Campaign 18 2012. 
• Reinstated Representatives are not eligible to qualify for Associate membership.
• Star Points are only available for President’s Club Members and therefore will not be available to Associate members and are awarded based on campaign of qualification. 
• A President’s Club Representative must be actively engaged as an Avon Representative at the time of redeeming Star Points.  If he or she ceases to be a Representative or does not re-qualify for President’s Club, he/she will have a period of three months in which to redeem any Star Points.  Any unused Star Points will be lost.
• Star Points achieved for Award Sales will be transferred to a Representative’s Star Point account at campaign of achievement, unless otherwise stated.
• Early achievement bonus will be transferred to a Representative’s Star Point account one campaign after achievement.
• Elite Star Points will be transferred to a Representative’s Star Point account in Campaign 3 2012.
• End of year bonus Star Points will be transferred to a Representative’s Star Point account in Campaign 3 2012.
• Star Points are valid for the length of the incentive i.e. 1st January 2011 – 31st December 2011 and for one consecutive year thereafter, i.e. to 31st December 2012. 
• In order to be eligible for President’s Club prizes/awards, Representatives must still be actively engaged as an Avon Representative and their accounts must not be overdue at the time of being awarded their prize/award.
• Avon expressly reserves the right to alter this incentive in any way, including cancelling or withdrawing the incentive altogether should the need arise.
• Avon reserves the right to substitute the incentive offered. No alternative awards (other than at Avon’s sole discretion) and no cash alternative is available.
• Avon reserves the right to disqualify Representatives, withhold or cancel any status awarded, Award Sales, Star Points, Elite Star Points or bonus points in the event of non-compliance with these terms and conditions or if Avon deems, in its absolute discretion, there to have been any malpractice, or manipulation of results in order to achieve the incentive levels, throughout the incentive period.
• Avon Representatives are required to uphold the Avon Values at all times, including in relation to this incentive.
• Successful Representatives will be required to participate in any subsequent publicity as deemed appropriate by Avon.
• Avon’s decision shall be final, no correspondence will be entered into.

The programme of Gold, Silver & Bronze membership runs from campaigns 1-18.  Associate membership is available for all new Avon Representatives achieving qualification award sales in their first 18 campaigns.  Associate members should then move on to full membership in their first full year campaigns 1-18.

President’s club qualification is based on your Avon Award Sales achievement.  There are four levels of membership: Associate, Bronze, Silver & Gold.  Each level brings it’s own fantastic benefits; for more information take a look at the image provided (click on it to enlarge it)

What are the Avon star points?

Star Points are awarded when you qualify as a Bronze Presidents Club member.  you can build your star points by growing your Avon award sales within each level.

Star points can be exchanged for a huge range of fantastic prizes from cuddly toys to televisions to vouchers for stores and activities.  They can even be “cashed in” and used to pay off part or all of your Avon account balance.

Associate members are not eligible for Star Points.
