Avon Recruitment fair in bournemouth
In all my years as a sales leader I have taken part in events such as this one. This recruitment fair was run by the Networking Mummies Group and it was Jo’s 1st event. Personally I feel it went really well. I had a few Team Memebers come along and they all got stuck in and chatted to the people that were there to look for further information about finding a new job.
Katrina, Soraya, Lisa, and myself had a great time too, we all had our own helpers too which was lovely too. An extra special thanks to my daughter Libby, she was an absolute star on the evening. Apart from buying and eating all the cakes she helped with the design and setting up of the table. Libby was great at helping Lisa and Katrina with their prospecting cards too, so big thanks.xx
As a team we discussed the importance of doing these type of events in their own local communities to gain an awareness that they are the Avon Recruiters in their area.
If and when my sales leader team watch the video and you feel as though you could do something similar, then all the materials you seen on the stand are yours to borrow too. The Projector, the screen, the products, and the Reese Witherspoon stand. You have to get yourself recognised in your own community so what’s stopping you!?
