I joined Avon as a representative in June 2009 and thoroughly enjoyed my flexible hours and meeting lots of new people. When I was told about Sales Leadership I wondered if I would be able to fit it all in. My sons at the time were aged 3 and 5 and realised that soon would both be at school so thought I would give it a go. By October 2009 I became a Sales Leader and have never looked back. What is so fantastic about Avon is that you can run a successful business which fits around your family and YOU.
