Hi, my name is Ginny and I am a Sales leader with Avon based in the south of England. 

I have been a representative for Avon little while but have only recently moved into sales leadership under Gail Reynolds team.

As a rep and now as a sales leader my main priority is to be reliable. My customer base has really grown over the last few months as my customers see that I am coming back each month with the new book. 

I am now aiming to be in the president’s club (only for top 7% of reps nationwide) next year and to 40 reps on my team by Christmas 2010 

I am married and have to teenagers. I run a house, do the school run, pack lunches, all the normal jobs we all do and work part time in a children and family centre. In the summer I invigilate GCSE exams.

Since joining Avon and Gail’s team, it has changed my life. It gave me extra cash when we needed it and now it has given me the confidence to build my own business.
