I joined Avon as an Avon representative in March 2010 and started Sales Leadership straight away.   Joining Avon has been the best decision I have ever made, both for me personally and my family. In 4 short months I have grown a of over 120 Avon representatives, I work closely with my partner Emma & we intent to build our team to over 500 members in the next 12 months.
