Marsha Barras has become a very successful Avon Sales Leader since joining. Having the edge on most newcomers because of her years of experience as a Kleeneze agent it did not take long for Marsha to reach Executive level, just 6 campaigns (18 weeks). Now, 2 years in Marsha is a Senior Executive Sales Leader and well deserves the accolade.

Marsha works her Avon fitting around her family commitments in mainly in Durham, Newcastle, Sunderland, Middlesbrough and all the surrounding towns, but also as far as Glasgow and Edinburgh.
