Q. Will it cost me anything to join Avon?
A. No – but yes. There is no up front charge, you can indeed join and start with no outlay. You will have chosen a Starter Kit which you have 2 weeks to pay, currently £15 (Aug 2019). You can use it to earn money within that 2 weeks with a plan of it paying for itself and more.
Q. Do I have to cover an area?
A. Not if you dont want to. We can recruit you as a Friends & family (networking) representative. We no longer operate areas to cover, you are now free to ask anyone/anywhere if they would like a brochure.
Q. Do I need to drive as an Avon Rep?
A. Not to become an Avon representative no. We will try our best to allocate an area within a walking distance if you want to find customers in your local area.
Q. Do I have to attend Avon meetings?
A. No, however we have regular local “Call ins” that you will be welcome to attend. They are informal get togethers where you can meet up with Avons local managers, reps & sales leaders. They offer support, training and great ideas on how to grow your business.
Q. What if I want to quit Avon?
A. Its a simple process, you just need to contact your sales leader & inform her/him of the change of your circumstances.
Q. How much will I earn with Avon?
A. We work in a 3 week period and if you order over £87 you get 20% or over £160 for 25%. Sell £400 you earn £100 !
Q. How will I get paid by Avon?
A. As soon as your Avon is delivered to your home you simply start delivering to your customers. You pay yourself as soon as you have done your deliveries collected your money from your customers & paid Avon, the cash thats left over is yours to spend!
Earnings from your Online Store get paid into your balance from each sale and you can claim that balance every campaign (3 weeks).
Q. What is the difference between becoming an Avon Rep and an Avon Sales Leader?
A. Joining as an Avon Rep, means just finding and serving your own customer base & earning a commission of their orders that you place. Becoming a sales leader means you recruit, train & couch people to become Avon reps, they earn their commissions and you will also earn a life long commission from THEIR orders to.
Q. What kind of support can i expect?
A. You will receive as much support and guidance as you need. Remember you will be joining the most dynamic ambitious teams in the UK. We hold training/motivational meetings that are optional for you to attend, alongside the Avon Call in meetings that are held campaignly by managers.
Q. How and when do I pay Avon for my order?
A. You can pay for your Avon order at your local Post Office as Avon will send you an invoice with a simple Giro slip at the bottom for you to take with you & pay cash over the post office counter. Or, you can pay On-Line when you place your next order to Avon, or even call Avon & pay over the phone, simple!
Q. Can I miss an Avon campaign if needed?
A. Yes, although its our aim to help you place an order to Avon every campaign, you are running your own account and so all you need to do is let your sales leader know that you will be missing a campaign.
Q. How often do I have to place an order?
A. The Avon brochure changes every 3 weeks, you will have specified dates as to when you need to place your orders and when it will be delivered to you.
Q. Do I have to pay for deliveries or returns?
A. No, all on time orders are delivered to your preferred location FREE of charge & your returns are simply passed to your delivery driver to take back to Avon.
Q. Can I return a used Avon product?
A. Yes, Avon has a 100% money back guarantee for you & your customers. When you take a product from a customer for whatever reason you can give them their money back on the doorstep & take the cost of the product to you OFF what you owe Avon.
