I joined Avon in Swansea as an Avon Representative in 2007 and started Sales Leadership straight away when I realised what an exciting opportunity this was. Avon has given me a good income and flexibility in my family life and it has enabled me to take a career break when I needed it to have 2 children and it still gave me an income when I was on maternity leave !!!

I have been back in the Avon business full time since May 2010 and my team has expanded to 110 representatives and 6 Sales Leaders with 2 of my Sales Leaders becoming Advanced shortly. I have also been one of the Top 50 Sales Leaders within the U.K and have achieved over £800 in cash bonuses since my return in May 2010. I have also appeared in the South Wales Evening Post as a feature story about my Avon business.

In August 2010 my husband Ian who has been a successful business manager for 24 years joined me in Avon as he had seen all the opportunities and family flexibility linked to the job. He hasn’t looked back since.
