1.This limited time offer Representative Appointment Gift offer will run from 3^rd of March to the 24^th March 2015 (“incentive period”) and is open to Independent Avon Representatives of Avon Cosmetics Limited.

2. In order to be eligible for this incentive the Representative must be appointed during the incentive period and place their first order on time, online of at least Minimum Order Value (“MOV”).

3. If the incentive criteria as outlined above is met, the Representative Appointment Gift will be shipped to the Representative in their first order.

4. Sales Leaders and Area Sales Managers are not eligible for this incentive.

5. Representatives who place their first order after Campaign 8 will not be eligible for this incentive.

6. Only the regular, online order will count towards the Representative Appointment Gift incentive; any additional or adjustment orders will not count.

7. Details of the incentive are correct at the time of going online. However, Avon reserves the right to make any amendments, including withdrawing the incentive as it deems necessary and appropriate.

8. Avon reserves the right to substitute the rewards offered (such rewards will be of equal or greater value) or change the promotion at any time.

9. Rewards are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.

10. Avon reserved the right to hold or cancel your reward in the event of non-compliance with these terms and conditions or if Avon deems, in their absolute discretion, there to have been any malpractice in order to achieve the incentive requirements.

11. Eligible Representatives who receive any rewards may be required by Avon to participate in any subsequent publicity as deemed appropriate by Avon.
