Additional opportunity to achieve
Maintain Bonus C1-C5 2012
The enhanced Business Development Bonus (BDB) has proved to be extremely popular so we're sure you're excited about the extension of the enhancement, up to the end of the 1st Quarter 2012 (Campaign 5 2012). Click here for a handy visual of the new maintain bonus
For new Sales Leaders and those achieving highest paid title in 4th Quarter 2011:
  • If you miss the existing 'consecutive campaign' maintain bonus, there is a second chance to earn the maintain bonus across C1 –C5 only.
  • This bonus requires you to maintain highest paid title for three or more of the five campaigns in the 1st Quarter 2012
This additional opportunity is for anyone who achieved a paid title for the first time across Campaigns 14 – 18 but not achieved the current 'consecutive campaign' bonus. It's a second chance to start afresh at a time of year when it can be challenging to find sales and Representatives.
Remember, title maintenance bonus payments to Campaign 5 2012 are:
  • Sales Leader £ 100
  • Advanced Sales Leader £ 300
  • Executive Sales Leader £ 600
  • Senior Executive Sales Leader £1200
As you know, to assist title maintenance, Sales Leadership Group Sales will be reduced for all levels from Campaign 1 to 4 2012. Click here for a reminder.
Please remember that the maintain bonus begins in the campaign of achievement.
Current consecutive campaigns requirements
Sales Leader level
  • Achieve in C16
  • Maintain in C17 and C18
Other Sales Leader levels
  • Achieve in C16
  • Maintain in C17, C18, C1 and C2
Additional opportunity for maintain bonus
If you are not able to qualify under the normal consecutive campaigns requirements, for the 1st Quarter 2012 only, you have a second chance. To take advantage of this additional opportunity you must maintain title for three out of five campaigns across Campaigns 1 – 5, despite what you have already achieved in the 4th Quarter.
For example:
Sales Leader level
  • Achieve in C17
  • Maintain in C18 – miss in C1
  • Maintain in C2, C3 and C4
  • Achieve in C18
  • Maintain in C1 – miss in C2
  • Maintain in C3 and C4
Other Sales Leader levels
  • Achieve in C16
  • Maintain in C17, C18, C1 – miss in C2
  • Maintain in C3 and C4
  • Achieve in C16
  • Maintain in C18 – miss in C1 and C2
  • Maintain in C3, C4 and C5
Please remember:
This is the same opportunity and can only be achieved once - you achieve either through consecutive campaigns OR by maintaining three out of five during Campaigns 1 – 5 2012.
If you have received payment by the existing rules please note that you are not able to re-achieve the maintain bonus.
Campaign 4 2012
If you achieve title during Campaign 4 2012 then you must maintain that title in consecutive campaigns to be eligible for the bonus payment.
If any of your maintain campaigns fall into Campaigns 6 – 9 2012 you will not be eligible for this additional opportunity, although if you maintain in consecutive campaigns you can earn through the normal BDB.
For example:
Sales Leader level
  • Achieve in C4
  • Maintain in C5 and C6 – Earn maintain bonus through the usual BDB
  • Achieve in C4
  • Maintain in C5 and C7 – Will not earn any maintain bonus, as missed in C6
Other Sales Leader levels:
  • Achieve in C4
  • Maintain in C5, C6, C7 and C8 – Earn maintain bonus through the usual BDB
  • Achieve in C4
  • Maintain in C5, C7, C8 and C9 - Will not earn any maintain bonus, as missed in C6
Remember that bonus levels will revert back to the pre WOW levels Campaign 6, 2012 onwards so take the chance to earn higher bonus now.
