Okay, this article goes in a lot more depth. We still love it – however it is clear people didn’t quite understand how we work as a business. Gail and Brian Reynolds Avon – an award winning team – 13 years strong. It has taken years of 60 hour weeks at least, missing school plays and nights with no rest. It has taken years of practicing and learning to get to the position Gail and Brian Reynolds Avon is in now. We have an absolutely breathtakingly large yet exceptional team that we could not do without. We train, develop and mentor them, show them how to reach their own goals, and are there for them every step of the way.
