Written by Gail Reynolds on May 17, 2011

What are your golden rules for building your customer and/or Representative network?

Talk - talk – talk. Avon - Avon – Avon.  It really is that easy.  There are 3 golden rules

1.FIND THE CUSTOMER

2.SERVE THE CUSTOMER

3.KEEP THE CUSTOMER

1.FIND THE REPRESENTATIVE

2.SERVE THE REPRESENTATIVE

3.KEEP THE REPRESENTATIVE

1.FIND THE SALES LEADER

2.SERVE THE SALES LEADER

3.KEEP THE SALES LEADER

I have a more detailed information sheet on these 3 golden rules that teaches...

The finding, the serving and the keeping of the customer the representative and sales leader

How has networking helped your business?

That is easy.  It has become like a snowball rolling down a mountain.  One you have found your customer/rep/sl...you simple provide them with a service that is unique and special and keeps them coming back for more and recommending their friends, their family and their networks to you.  It doesn't matter which of the above 3 categories your business is networking customer, rep or SL the rules apply the same all the way through.

Giving away simple tips, sharing knowledge and providing excellent customer service and down line training is the KEY to successful networking.  If you DONT supply a great training schedule or a fantastic service then how can you expect people to talk about you and recommend you?....the term “networking” is just another word for “sharing”....and that is how I personally network.

Do you have any special tricks of the trade to share with other enterprising women.

Most  people are afraid of the Internet and new technology because they have little or no knowledge on it.  I would suggest whoever you are and whatever back ground you have on the Internet, get on there and start learning.  From basics to uploading and downloading of videos to blogging, creating newsletter, websites and other innovative ideas that reflect you as a business woman.  Be ready to “GIVE” your ideas to anyone that is willing to listen..

Everything I know about blogging, creating websites, social networking, making videos, training schedules, meetings, advertising and marketing is all down to me simply get my head stuck in a book, downloading information from the Internet (for FREE most the time) and any other form of self development I know.

My car is a class room too!.  I have CD's from Brian Tracy to Tony Robins...The secret CD compilation is my favourite!.
