Business e-Guide

Please be advised that there are some changes to the Sales Leader Business e-Guide which come into effect from the start of Campaign 1 2012. Please ensure that you familiarise yourself with these changes and replace any materials you have with the relevant new versions. The changes include:

• Update of web to print contact details
• Inactive Sales Leader Removal Policy
• Expectation that leads to be contacted within 24 hours
• Amendment to Partnership criteria including joint account for payments

The updated version of the e-Guide will be on the Sales Leader website from December 8th 2011.

Training Guide

Please be advised that there are also some changes to the Sales Leader Training Guide which come into effect from the start of Campaign 1 2012. Please ensure that you familiarise yourself with these changes and replace any materials you have with the relevant new versions. The changes are:

• Update of web to print contact details
• Amendment to Sales Service Centre opening hours

The updated version of the Training Guide will be on the Sales Leader website from December 8th 2011.
