There was a warm welcome at Head Office in Northampton for new Chief Executive Officer Sheri McCoy when she visited on 24th May. She spoke to Avon employees and shared her goal for company growth, and building for the future.

Sheri also talked about the role that the Avon Breast Cancer Crusade has played in the market where it was started twenty years ago. "The Breast Cancer Crusade was born from innovative minds here in the UK. Part of what attracted me to Avon was the strong purpose and mission of a values-based company."

A group of specially-invited Avon Representatives and Avon Sales Leaders had the opportunity to meet with Sheri at a 'round table' event.

The group included Sales Leader Julie Beales, "I found Sheri to be very down to earth and keen to listen to everyone's opinions and ideas on how to grow the business. The group discussed commission structure and how it could be improved. We also talked about advertising and the appearance of the brochures and how they work. I felt truly honoured to have been invited to meet Sheri McCoy - it was certainly a day to remember."

Sheri is visiting five markets on her whistlestop world tour, with the UK being the only stop in Europe.
