Independent Avon Sales Leader, Gail Reynolds from Weymouth, met one of the world's most powerful businesswomen, Avon's Global Chairman and CEO Andrea Jung, as recognition for her outstanding sales achievements.

The hardworking mum of three met with Andrea to discuss her business achievements and aspirations over lunch at a London hotel. Andrea was in the UK collecting the prestigious Cosmetic Executive Women (UK) Lifetime Achiever Award 2010, in recognition of her outstanding contribution to the beauty industry.

Gail, who has 2,000 thousand Independent Avon Representatives in her team, runs her own Avon business worth around £5 million. Since starting her business six years ago, Gail has been rewarded for her success, with luxury holidays abroad, a brand new Mercedes car and afternoon tea with Reese Witherspoon.

This year, Andrea Jung was ranked #5 on Fortune magazine's '50 Most Powerful Women in Business' list, which she has been on since the list's inception, and #2 on the Financial Times' inaugural list of 'The Top 50 Women in World Business" in 2009.
