How to pay Avon

How to pay Avon

The amount you owe Avon is shown on your invoice. Paying for your Avon order is simple, with 3 possible ways to pay.

Here is a simple explanation and video for you to find out more about how to pay your Avon bill

Option 1 – pay Avon online

You can pay online by visiting www.gailsreps.co.uk and using the Avon Login facility from there.  Once logged into your Avon account click on 'My Account' and choose 'Make a payment'.  You can use your debit card to make a payment.

This method is great for last minute payments, but does not give you a physical receipt to file.  It also is a pain having to transfer the collected cash from your customers into your bank to be able to pay the bill.

Option 2 – pay Avon by phone

You can call Avon customer service line on 0333 234 5000 Select option '2' to pay for your order using your debit card.

Again, this method is great for last minute payments but does not give you a physical receipt, and you may need to put the money in the bank before you can pay it out.

Option 3 – pay Avon at any Post Office

You can pay by cash using the Giro Slip on your invoice. There is a 57p charge for this which you need to add to your payment, so if your order is for £402.40, you should pay £402.95. £402.40 is the payment that will show on your next invoice.

We think this is the best way to pay.  After collecting your money from the customers you can simply take it to the post office to pay over the counter.  You also get a physical receipt as proof of payment, handy for your files.

TIP.....  If you cut out the GIRO BAR CODE as big as a credit card and laminate it, you can pop it in your purse and use it over and over again.  I often get to the post office and realize I forgot to pick up the invoice and use this instead.

    Just confused about Avon

so if you join you get 1st and 2nd batch of leaflets free
but then you have to pay
so i give leaflets collect them after 2 days or so and take orders
then i have to pay orders online??? with my money
and i have to put all the customers orders in before the date it says on my account
of the Avon representative website where it says 14 days left
and then do i deliver to them and pay avon
but how much do i keep
and also the i don’t get the campaigns
what does it mean by each campaign and what do i have to do

  2. Gail says:

They are not leafletss they are Brochures/Books
You pay for brochures after your 1st and 2nd campaign (they are exceptionally cheap)
You do NOT pay for any orders upfront, your customers orders will be delivered to your door for free
Then you bag up the individual orders, deliver them and collect money from them
Now you pay Avon what you owe on your invoice and the cash left over is your earnings
Campaigns simply mean (Brochure numbers) we have 18 campaigns a year ie 18 Avon brochures
    I hope this helps?

  4. Gail says:

you can pay online when you place your 2nd order or call Avon direct, the number is on your invoice or simply take your invoice to the post office and pay the cash there

  5. Shantee says:

Okay for one the fast talk phone number isn’t working for me.. And for 2 if I pay when I place my 2nd order, why I did I get a call from you guys stating that I had to make the payment with the order? Now my order is on hold and I cannot make my payment and cannot find anybody to get a hold of to help me? I am beginning to think this company isn’t to legit!

  6. Gail says:

    Hi Shantee
    1. There is a working phone number that anyone in the UK can use, and it is FREE from your mobile: 0333 234 5000
    2. You can pay for your Avon order ONLINE before or When placing your 2nd order (You are not on my team so you never had a call from me personally!)
    3. You can pay at the post office (again on the day of placing your 2nd order or before)

As for Avon not being legit, I have to say that a company such as Avon a Global leader in cosmetics in over 125 countries and the Number 1 direct selling company in the world, could never not be legit (as you put it). It is and has always been a reputable company that has high values and ethics.
I hope that you can have further contact with Avon and indeed the team leader or area manager that recruited you to guide you further. As, if you were my team member this issue would never have gotten this far.
All the very best in your Avon business

hi im new to avon this is my second order ive got over £300 of order so im putting my order in just now. Do you need to pay this upfrotn or do i pay when i deliver my customers goods ? thanks

  8. Gail says:

Hi Stephanie, if you are on your 2nd order you should pay for the 1st one and then the same process you did on your 1st order begins again. You place your 2nd order, wait for delivery, bag up your orders, deliver and collect the money from your customers and then pay avon before you place your 3rd order xxx

I had an avon account in or around my senior year in high school (2010) and my payment on an order never made it all the way through, I’m finally up on my feet and I was wondering how on earth I can pay my old balance…? And maybe start back up?

My account before was in Leavenworth, KS but now I’m in Renton, WA… Does it matter where I am now vs where I accrued my failed-payment?

  10. Gail says:

You need to contact Avon direct to see what they did with your previous Account. Many times they will refer you to a debting company and it is out of their hands. If you live in the UK you can email them direct via uk.contact@avon.com

  11. Seema Chauhan says:

Hi Gail, when I signed up for Avon my sales leader gave me a credit limit of £400. My customer orders are £150. And I ordered samples bags etc which cost £80. So would all of this money be added on my invoice for first order. I am confused.

  12. beth says:

Hiya.. I’ve just become an avon rep and I’m just wondering how you pay your admin fee, and what if you don’t make any earnings do you still have to pay the admin fee and what happens if you quit doing avon after ur first frew champange.

  13. Gail says:

    Hi Beth
Your admin fee comes of what you earn on your 1st and 2nd invoices only.
If you don’t earn anything it will be a FEE you will have to pay and it is simply added to your bill.
Paying the bill is simple, take it to the post office and pay the outstanding balance.
You can quit avon whenever you like my lovely.
I would say to contact the person that recruited you and let them know
    x

  14. Gail says:

    Hi there
Yes, they all add towards your final balance but you won’t get commissions of those samples etc…xx

  15. melissa says:

  16. Chloe jones says:

Hi I’m on my first campaign and I’ve got £234 worth of orders and I’ve hit commission so do I pay that or do I pay the £234 or do i pay minus the commission which is £177 ?xx

  17. Gail says:

    Hello Chloe
You simply place the order, wait for it to arrive and then pay what the invoice says what you owe. It really is a waiting game now until your products arrive.
Well done on your 1st order too.
    xx

  18. Gail says:

Once you pay your bill at the post office Avon will be notified of payment within 24 hours.
    xx

how do i do this as i have been advised by family not to do this as it doant actually benifit me and if anything is very stressfull

  27. Gail says:

    HI Charley
Yes your order will still come and I am unsure why it has told you to pay 1p lol…
But, any debit payments made on line go through within 48 hours.
Good luck with your 2nd order 🙂
    Gail x

  28. Gail says:

    Great.
Well done with your 1st Avon order

  29. Gail says:

    Hi Rebecca
You will have a credit limit of $400 which means you can order up to $400 and have those products delivered free of charge. Once they arrive you need to deliver to your customers, collect the $400 and pay what you owe on your invoice. The Credit is so that you can have a free delivery of products up to that amount. over that amount and you will have to pay in advance x

  30. Gail says:

    Hi Emma
I take it you have already cancelled your Account?…I am curious as to why you want to due to other people saying things?…You must have joined Avon for your own personal reasons?. Remember, it is free for you to try so giving Avon a go and failing at it doesnt cost anything, giving Avon a go and succeeding could give you great income and a great social life too x

  31. Heather says:

Hi Gail! When do we get payed after a customer orders from us and how long does it take to get it? Also if a customer pays with a credit card does it go direct to Avon or are bank account? Also if we give a ten percent discount how can we do it if they use a credit card and it goes to Avon instead of are account or are account too? Will it work giving them a ten percent discount paying with a credit card? If you can get back to me ASAP please because are first order goes out on March 13th 2014! Thank you and I really appreciate you answering every ones questions to you!

  32. Gail says:

    Hello Heather.
First of all I need to ask where you live? In the UK you get 25% off what ever your customers pay not 10%.
Second you place the order to Avon and you pay Avon not your customers?
So, if you live outside the UK I am afraid you may have different rules and you will need to ask the person that recruited you. x

  33. Gail says:

    Hi Heather
When do we get paid after a customer orders from us and how long does it take to get it?
You place your Avon order direct to Avon and it gets delivered within 1 week. You get paid after you pay Avon what you owe them, so you need to deliver and collect money from your Avon customers in order to get paid.
Also if a customer pays with a credit card does it go direct to Avon or are bank account? I don’t accept card payments, Avon is Cash On Delivery.
Also if we give a ten percent discount how can we do it if they use a credit card and it goes to Avon instead of are account or are account too? Answer is same as above
Will it work giving them a ten percent discount paying with a credit card? I wouldn’t know how to do it I am afraid.
