Sales Leadership Training – How to use a telephone script

Written by Gail Reynolds on April 30, 2010

It may seem a simple task to some, but actually answering the telephone to new and potential team members can be a worrying thought.  So, I have put together a short video that may help some of you that worry about what to say, when to say it and how to say it!

Top Tips for a great telephone script

  • Tell the new lead theBenefits of Joining Avon
  • Talk about what they need to become successful Avon Representatives
  • Ask them basic information, name address, post code, and number
  • Book them in asap

Remember the more confident you are on the phone to a new prospect the more likely they are to join your team or buy your products.

Do you have a telephone script?

How does it differ and you have anything to share with us too?

We would love to hear from you

HAVE YOUR SAY...

I’ve had trouble finding telemarketing scripts, yet cold calling is not as tough once i thought it was. Precisely what is a person’s most important challenge with cold calling?

  4. Gail says:

The fear behind cold calling is simple…Being told NO!
